Nicorandil is a compound belonging to the class of compounds known as potassium channel activators. PCAs are characterized by their arterial vasodilator properties.
Nicorandil is used in preventing and treating chest pain caused by angina (Angina, commonly known as angina pectoris, is often described as pressure, squeezing, heaviness, tightness, or pain in our chest)

When and how to take it?
Doctors usually prescribe Nicorandil twice a day: once in the morning and once in the evening.
How much dose is safe & you can take?
Depending on how much Nicorandil works for your body.
If you suffer from headaches, then you may be given a smaller starting dose of 5mg. This may increase from the next week.
Side effects of Nicorandil
